CPAPS takes a scientific approach on each and every investigation they perform. We will first either set you down for an interview or conduct a phone interview. Once the interview process is over, we will conduct a pre investigation.
The pre investigation consists of the client giving us a tour of their home or business. They show us where the spots of activity occur and anything else that is important to the investigation. From here we schedule a date and time to do the investigation.
Once the time is set, we will come to the property and set up all the equipment. We will do one last interview on the client to see what if any activity has taken place since the pre investigation. The client is welcome to join us if they wish. Finally the Investigation begins.
We spend whatever time necessary to complete the investigation. Sometimes it may require more than one investigation or even some of the team staying overnight in your place. After the investigation, we have to review all the potential evidence. This is just as important if not more important than the investigation itself. Review does take a lot of time, even up to 2 weeks depending on how much audio and video we have to go over.
After review, we will contact the client to set up a time to present them with our findings. After the time is set , we meet with the client and present them with the evidence. Our investigation at this point is over. We will give the client advice on what steps should be taken next. If they ever need us, we are only a phone call away. We are not equipped to handle demons.
